One of the strangest things about working in film & television is how many things you work on that never see the light of day. A regular client of mine was a production company whose business was pitching show ideas to networks. When they sold an idea, they would often get just enough money to film a pilot episode that they would then use to pitch the idea again, this time to get a proper budget and a larger commitment of episodes.

For this pilot I was asked to develop two main title ideas, and then do a quick & dirty animation of one of them.

It never went past the first episode (but I’m proud of the work).
